"Space is a breath of art" - Frank Lloyd Wright

Our Canyon Lakes project was a lot of fun to work on, but also challenging at times.  We wanted to create a perfect balance of using darker hues and creating a canvas of color that the clients wanted. The overall room itself, is full of natural light.  As you walk into the room, there are three large windows that are the focal point of the overall space.  We wanted to highlight the windows by using linen color curtains to feature the natural light.

The couch and chairs are in gray fabric to help balance the room, along with the blue tone rug.  We incorporated pops of color through the decorative accessories.  The abstract pillows on the couch are from Little Design Co, a fabulous store that has an abundant of gorgeous pillows.  The chain link coffee table adds flair to the room, but also keeps the space open for entertaining.  The bookcases create the overall ambiance of the room with the white tone books along with colorful accessories.  My favorite part is the large abstract art adorning the top shelf, that was made by the clients' little girl.  This was such a special touch and coordinated with the room so well, we had to use it.

We love how the overall look came together!  Enjoy!
