Today we are revealing our third installment of our Lincoln Terrace Home.  You can catch the previous two reveals here and here.  Much of the home was flipped, however, the previous owners kept the integrity of this historical home in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is flooded with windows, wall to wall.  There is a door that leads to an over sized balcony, that is large enough to fit a small house (just kidding...but really). The focal point of the room is the beautiful antique fireplace.  The fireplace is made out of stone, and just below the mantle is a stone etching of (what we were told) a depiction of the home itself.  The ambiance of the fireplace was too pretty to cover up with furniture, so we decided to make a small sitting area with just an antique chair to show off this incredible piece of history.

For the window treatments, we chose blue curtains to compliment the orange tones in the room.  Our clients' wanted something fun and unconventional for their bedside tables.  The mirror tables add some flair to the room without overdoing it.  The bed and bedding were also kept crisp white, with the pops of orange to keep a neutral palette against the space as a whole.

We had a sneak peek of the master bath a couple weeks ago on our instagram, but I wanted to show it off again here.  The claw foot tub keeps true to the historical presence of the home, against the modern updates in the bathroom.

Overall the space is so fun, colorful and cheerful.  Our clients love the color orange, so I am glad we could accomplish bringing in that color to the space.  The color orange hurts our hearts a little, being OU girls, but you know, we sacrifice what we can for our clients ;).

Kellie and I are off to Las Vegas market this weekend and we are so excited to share what we find there.  Follow us on instagram as we find some great home finds!
